institutional purchase order if you are using one. Include a phone number
where you can be reached during business hours, in the event we have
a question regarding your order. Please use our catalog number and
description of the item when ordering.

Pricing
This catalog is a discount catalog. The prices shown are net prices
and reflect the discount allowed to schools and institutions. Prices
are FOB Cleveland and may change to reflect manufacturers price changes.
Payment
All schools, boards of education and institutions will be extended open
account priviledges provided their order is accompanied by a purchase order
or is made on a letterhead of the institution.
Individuals may charge their purchase to Mastercard, Visa, American
Express or Discover cards. Please be sure to print your charge card
number clearly and include the expiration date of your card. If an
individual does not wish credit card ease, include a check or money
order. When paying in advance, be sure to include shipping charges
from the chart on the order form. (Ohio residents should also include
7% sales tax.)
Damage in Shipment or Shortages
Please be sure to check each shipment carefully. Make note if the
shipping carton is damages or seems to have been abused. If the
merchandise is damages, be sure to keep the carton(s) and packing
material in case the carrier requires inspection. Contact the carrier
as soon as the damage is noticed. Report all shortages directly to us,
again keeping the carton(s) and shipping materials.

be returned within 30 days for full refund or credit. Please make
returns by UPS, US Mail or common carrier using the mode of shipment
by which the delivery was made to you. No COD or collect returns will
